Free Wi-Fi?: Yes, where advertised our Wi-Fi is free. There's no charge, no cost to you.
The Wi-Fi networks throughout our resorts are subject to third-party input including but not limited, local telephone exchange, Telstra's copper network, building infrastructure and who knows what else? Yes we cover the bill for you, sorry we can't guarantee it's performance.
Just like at home, telecom, ADSL and Internet connection issues happen. If it does don't worry, there's still no charge to you. What it could mean is you have no access to the complimentary service. We're on hand to do what we can. When it's in the hands of providers such as Telstra and Optus (I think you've guessed it) it's out of our hands. We have spare modems, replacement cables and all the contact details for the provider. If they can't fix it on the spot or during your stay, unfortunately you will be without the free service.
Plan B: Please have a back-up service such as Wi-Fi dongle or funds set aside for other internet connections if this service is a must-have for medical conditions, business, children or otherwise.
It's free, but even free can have it's issues.
Foxtel services are also open to issues including but not limited to technical failure and down time. We cannot warrant against this.
HOT TIP: Thoughts of: "I didn't read the Terms and Conditions"; "Oh, but, I didn't know"; "No-one told me that" along with "But my boss won't give me the time off now" should be replaced right now with a trip to Google https://www.google.com.au/#q=travel+insurance, select an appropriate level of Travel Insurance and....
.... reading these IMPORTANT TERMS & CONDITIONS. Easy.
See Clause 3.1 below for further confirmation that no refunds for guest cancellation will be made.
Number of guests above that included in nightly rate will be automatically added to total cost when booking is processed.

Processing literally 1000's of booking per year, we know that if something can go wrong - there's a good chance it will.
